Donald Steinberg

Don Steinberg has pioneered new business concepts for over four decades, and now brings his expertise to Marijuana Company of America, Incorporated and its subsidiaries.

In the 1980's, Don developed stock options analysis and trading programs, which led to floor trader management on multiple options exchanges, and gave him the proficiency and insight needed to successfully take other companies public.

In the 1990's, Don founded Globalcom 2000 a prepaid phone card business - an unknown market at that time. Globalcom 2000 became one of the largest and fastest growing phone card companies in the United States. Don personally signed the 7-11 corporate account that made Globalcom 2000 the 1st phone card in the country to exhibit a corporate logo.

In 2000, Don broadened his interest into the telecom "Callback" business, and co-founded One World Communications. He traveled the globe, opening up 187 training centers in 9 months, and created the largest International MLM sales force selling telecom services.

In 2006, Don took Club Vivanet public on the stock exchange as an International MLM company, selling a variety of services.

In 2009, Don recognized emerging opportunities in the medical marijuana industry, and changed the name of Club Vivanet to Medical Marijuana Inc., which became America's first publicly traded company in the medical marijuana industry.

Don Steinberg brings a lifetime of experience to Marijuana Company of America, Inc. that will serve to benefit the Company in countless ways. He has keen insight and vast expertise in building and managing start-up companies. Don provides guidance and day-to-day management for the Company, and is actively involved in its future and growth.

Mr. Coale is the President of CFS Capital Group, Inc., a firm focused on business consulting, private equity investments, financial and strategic joint venture facilitation, including telecommunications, banking, fund raising, non-profit, retirement, entertainment, licensing, gateway interface/merchant processing, real estate development, and strategic planning. Mr. Coale holds a Master's in Business Administration, with an emphasis on International Marketing and Strategic Planning from Pepperdine University awarded in 1992; a Bachelors of Science with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California awarded in 1982, and is currently a member of the Advisory Board to Everlert, Inc. (OTC: EVLI).

Edward Manolos opened the very first Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Los Angeles County in 2004 called CMCA. He is also credited with starting Los Angeles' first Medical Marijuana farmer's market referred to as "The California Heritage Farmer's Market," which attracted local and international media attention and was the first of its kind.

Mr. Manolos is also the founder of many successful companies, such as Everest Biosynthesis Group and Natural Plant Extracts USA (NPE), a leading producer of pharmaceutical grade CBD that holds the largest market share in the USA. He also Co-founded Ocen Communications Inc. in 1997 (NASDAQ: OCEN), an Asia-focused internet communications service provider transmitting voice, fax, and data communications for consumers, carriers and corporations. His diverse entrepreneurial focus led him on to launch the KIWIBERRI Frozen yogurt franchise in 2005. The company is a California-based frozen yogurt franchised that has opened several locations throughout Los Angeles, Nevada, and Florida.

Mr. Manolos has provided consulting services to several companies and has helped them obtain marijuana retail and production licenses in California and Washington, including Cannabis Strategic Ventures (OTC: NUGS). He graduated from the University of California Riverside with a double major in Computer Science and Business Management.
