MCOA will provide a comprehensive set of managed services to collectives and dispensaries allowing member/patients to receive all the benefits of cannabis. MCOA offers Managed Services to collectives and dispensaries that have undergone extensive vetting and certification. We want to ensure that all member/patients receive consistence product quality and availability.

The biggest advantage for MCOA Managed Services clients is the infrastructure and support. The cost to launch and build a business in the cannabis industry is significant when it comes to legal advice, quality assurance, product testing, volume purchasing, customer service, and courier/delivery service. MCOA minimizes of the barriers to entry when starting or expanding a legal cannabis business and enables entrepreneurs to focus on growing their business knowing that their back office and operations are managed by MCOA.

MCOA provides managed services in the following areas:

• MARKETING SERVICES
  MCOA provides marketing services to collectives, dispensaries and MCOA affiliates using a suite of proprietary marketing tools to increase membership and sales.
  
  
• FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES
  MCOA shall maintain general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable records, and fixed asset records and provide billing and collection services based on source information provided. MCOA also provides payroll services, including assistance with regulatory compliance matters.
  
  
• COMPLIANCE SERVICES
  MCOA provides compliance management ensuring the Client is in compliance under current California and other state regulatory guidelines. MCOA shall pursue California state licenses on behalf of clients under the new licensing structure that will be established by the California Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act under California AB 266, AB 243 and SB 643.
  
  
• IT SERVICES
  MCOA provides general information technology services and infrastructure including installation and maintenance of a transaction and commission tracking system.
  
  
• MARKETING AND BRANDING SERVICES
  MCOA provides marketing and branding and will drive traffic and sales for clients utilizing tools available via the MCOA platform developed by ApogeeINVENT.
  
  
• LOYALTY AND REWARDS PROGRAM SERVICES
  MCOA provides a loyalty and rewards programs to ensure patient/member retention.
  
  
• PRODUCT SOURCING AND QUALITY CONTROL SERVICES
  MCOA sources all raw material and provides finished branded product for its clients and ensure all products are thoroughly tested and meet stringent quality and purity standards.
  
  
• FULLFILMENT AND COURIER/DELIVERY SERVICES
  MCOA provides product fulfillment to ensure all orders are tracked and delivered within promised time. MCOA trains drivers based on a stringent set of criteria.
  
  
• PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
  MCOA provides Product Development services to continually expand the suite of products offered by our clients, launching new and unique products on a regular basis.
  
  
• OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED
  MCOA will provide and perform such other services, as shall be requested by our, from time to time, at such price and on such terms as mutually agreed upon in advance.
