Cultivation rules and regulations generally fall under the scrutiny of The Department of Food and Agriculture as well as state level Departments of Agriculture. MCOA will comply with all state and federal regulations and require that all of our suppliers are compliant as well. MCOA will go above and beyond the minimum standard requirements by qualifying suppliers with a stringent set of selection criteria that ensures only top quality products carry MCOA brand names.

MCOA requires all of its suppliers to minimize their carbon footprint in production. We are at the very beginning of a cannabis revolution, we cannot create new environmental problems that will get worse as this industry rapidly emerges. MCOA suppliers must be conscious of their impact on the environment and use every technology available to minimize their environmental impact, from recycling of water or soil, to the implementation of alternative energy solutions such as solar.
